Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the Full Name Report on MyEnglishNameIs. Paid features are not yet available — this policy will be in effect from the date payments launch.
1. Our guarantee
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refundon the Full Name Report (“the Report”). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date and we will issue one.
2. How to request a refund

Please include the email address used at checkout and your purchase date. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
3. Processing time
Refunds are processed via Stripe (our payment processor — the company that handles card and wallet payments on our behalf). Once we approve your refund:
- Cards — funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer (the bank or company that issued your card). This is normal; Stripe initiates the refund immediately on our side.
- Alipay / WeChat Pay — wallet refunds are asynchronous (they do not arrive instantly). The money is returned to your wallet balance, usually within 1–5 business days. This timing is controlled by Alipay / WeChat Pay, not by us.
Note: Stripe retains its processing fee on refunded transactions — this fee is not deducted from the amount you receive back. You always get back the full amount you paid.
4. Access after refund
Once a refund is issued, access to the Full Name Report will be revoked. The free name recommendations remain accessible. If your report access is not revoked within 24 hours of a confirmed refund, email us and we will investigate.
5. Scope
This policy covers only purchases made directly through MyEnglishNameIs. We do not offer refunds on purchases made through third-party resellers or marketplaces (none exist at this time).

- 退款金额：退款金额为您实际支付的全额，Stripe 的手续费不从退款中扣除。
- 退款后访问权限：退款确认后，付费报告的访问权限将被撤销，免费英文名推荐结果仍可查看。
